BOOKING POLICY

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit may be used to reschedule ONCE if requested within 72 hours of the appointment and must be used within 14 days.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 100% fee on the card on file.
  • Hair must be clean, detangled, blow-dried and product-free unless a wash service is added.
  • Remaining balance due at completion of service.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled.
  • Drop hair off 2 days before the appointment for prep.
  • All services are non-refundable once completed. Address concerns before leaving the store. Concerns not addressed before leaving the store indicate satisfaction with the service.
