Returns & Exchanges
1. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, including hair, wigs, cosmetics, or skincare products.
2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery, along with proof of receipt. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or store credit, if approved.
3. Orders can be picked up during regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
4. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
5. We do our best to keep our products in stock; however, availability may vary. If an item is out of stock, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a store credit.
6. Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected during transactions is used solely for order processing, shipping, and customer service purposes. IvyCare Beauty Supplies does not share or sell customer information to third parties.
