Eligibility for Returns

Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Final Sale Items are not eligible for return. This includes clearance items, promotional event sale items, and any product specifically marked as Final Sale.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order with free shipping is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items, including hair, wigs, cosmetics, or skincare products.

  • State the reason for the return.
  • Attach clear photos before sending back product(s); Exchanges are subject to product availability.
